Jai Malhotra
Co-founder, President, and Co-Chair
Jai Malhotra is a Senior at Milton Academy, a school in the Boston Area. Jai has been interested in data and sports analytics from a young age. Jai is the head of the Sports Analytics Club at Milton, has attended NBA summer league sessions, and has presented at the MIT Sports Analytics Conference. He has spent his summers doing data analytics for an NBA team as well as a VC Firm. This will be his 2nd year playing on the Milton Varsity Basketball team.
Ginny Choe
Co-Chair
Ginny Choe is a Junior at The Winsor School in Boston. She has led multiple baseball analytics presentations, won sports journalism awards in 2022 & 2024, and was selected as a Junior Captain by Baseball For All, a national organization promoting women in baseball. She also rowed in the 2025 USRowing Youth National Championships.
Amman Malik
Co-Chair
Amman Malik is a Junior at The Governors Academy in Byfield, Massachusetts. Amman is highly interested in the intersection of sports, data analytics, business, marketing, and social media. Amman has traveled extensively to school communities around the US to teach the importance of sports analytics and help grow NHSSAA.
Aryan Thaker
Organizing Committee Member
Aryan is a Junior at Briarcliff High School in Briarcliff Manor, NY, where he competes on the varsity soccer, squash, and tennis teams. He has attended the LSE Generate course in the UK. He is particularly drawn to sports analytics and the many opportunities that it offers to bridge data, performance, and strategy.

We hold three virtual (Zoom) events every year and a large in-person conference in Boston every March.
