National High School Sports Analytics Summit 2026

The NHSSAA will hold its third annual National Summit for high school students on March 7, 2026, from 1:00 to 5:30 PM, at the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport.

Featured Speakers and Sessions

Daryl Morey is the President of Basketball Operations of the Philadelphia 76ers of the NBA. He co-founded the MIT Sloan Sports Analytics Conference (SSAC) in 2006 and continues as its Co-Chair.
Mike Zarren is the Celtics’ VP of Basketball Operations and Team Counsel. He is widely recognized as one of the leaders in the field of advanced statistical analysis of basketball players and teams, and is an important part of the team’s strategic planning and player personnel evaluation processes.

Andrew Fenichel is a sports content creator based in LA. Originally from the Washington DC area, he studied Journalism and Data Science at Northwestern University, where he first began posting social media content. He has over 250,000 followers and 300 million lifetime views, creating sports commentary content across all platforms.
Michael Czahor from Athlyticz will lead us in an exercise using AI (Claude) and Major League Baseball data to explore an interactive defensive fielding tool in real time!

Students who write for their high school newspapers can attend for free if they write an article for their school newspaper and spread the word throughout their school.
